Got these few things today. First is some type if bullet second I'm not sure it has writing on it. I wrote on the paper what it says says grand hin e * n.y

The bullet looks like a modern shotgun slug.

Flinthunter is correct. Speaking more specifically, your bullet is a particular variety of 20th Century shotgun slug, made for use in a Rifled Shotgun. The version you found dates from the early-1900s up to today. See the photos below. Their form varies somewhat, according to different manufacturer's design of it, such as Remington, Federal, Winchester, etc.
