I'm down in Q for a few days. THOUSANDS of RV'ers here as they are every year!


I had several wave while on top of my Lance Camper so I came down to talk to a couple of CANNUKS!


I am told that the two thousand locals will be joined by TWO MILLION snowbirds before the season ends! WOW! ╦╦C

There were hundreds of campers there 24 years ago when I'd drive by there going to a mine in Winter Haven California down by Yuma. When your playing Scrabble, Quartzite is a great word to use those high scoring letters Q and Z on if you get the chance. Even the word Quartz is a high-scoring word also. I was able to spell that out in a few games. Hardly anyone can think of spelling those words out when they get stuck with those two letters. They only think a zoo or quick.
