Went out to a field close by the house 4/20/13 windy and still cold,but i had a good time of it. Sorry the camera and i both stink at taking pitcures..1818 LC,1881 IH, musket ball, copper slug,1902 Barber Dime,1932 Wheat,1978 Dog tag.

Super to find those older coins, congrats! Over 40 years ago my sister & hubby moved to rural area not far from Watkins Glen, mostly because he loved the auto races. I've visited them several times and am always struck by the beauty of the big ravines & lakes, plus the unspoiled towns, countryside and woods. HH Andi

Nice digs. Yeah it was cold, windy and in some spots quite snowy! It really sucked up here by the big lake.
