Here in New Jersey the weather has been incredible with record high temps for the month of December of 65+ degrees. I took advantage yesterday and received permission to detect an old farm field by me. Found a lot of relics and a couple worn out Indians. The 2 best finds for me were a 1858 flying eagle penny and a 1859 indian head penny. The last year of the FE and the first year of the IH laying 15ft apart from each other. Both coins are in great shape. Best part is the owner of the field gave me permission to go back anytime and also told me I could hunt 2 other pieces of land that he leases to farm! Can't wait to get back out!

Congrats on the keepers!

Congrats. Sure seems like a lot of FE have been dug lately, I just wonder when I'll get a chance to find one.
