"Finally" 40% teller tray half

After almost 2-years of CHR ( mostly dimes) , l finally snagged my "first 40% half" from a bank tellers tray. I had just dumped nearly $500 in dimes in the self-serve coin counter in the lobby, took the voucher to get my cash, saw her tray right there with 2-Ikes( non AG) plus 2-halfs (one of which was as 1965 40%). I took them ALL, so she wouldn't suspect anything, she was also more than happy to get rid of them all. Told her I'll take any and all future "stuff" you want to get rid of. Oh the things we do and say to keep stacking!!!!!!!!

Those who have access to trays ought to count themselves lucky. I found two the same day from the same teller out of her drawer. No trays available here to look over. Everything is in drawers at the places I go, all of them. No chance of sniping a look. Took me over a year/half to get my first 'loose' silver halves, and it wasn't that long ago I got my first ones out of CWR's, from the same branch in fact.
