Going back to our regular programming...

Found this beauty about 6' in front of a coin counter machine.
Almost tossed it in my junk metal coin pile (metro token, Chuck N Cheese etc...)

Good thing I took a closer look, turned out to be a .640 silver 1963 Netherland Antilles 1/10 Gulden with a mintage 900K.

Dag, this thing is small, is there any smaller silver coin out there?

Too lazy to look it up, but 3 cent US silver is probably smaller than that, and I'd bet a half dime is close.

Cool find! I bet some of the lower denom British pence coins are smaller as well. Silver is silver, no matter what size!

if we're talking any coin minted, the smallest coin from my knowledge is: the Mexican 1/4 real, it's from around the early 19th century though.

I have one of those coins! They have a very little amount of silver, but silver is silver!

US silver 3 cent coins are 14mm in diameter, the 1963 Netherland Antilles 1/10 Gulden has a diameter of 15mm.

The Maundy British silver pennies were 11-12 mm

I have one... man is it ever tiny... The Canuck fishscale is smaller than the one pictured too

yeah I have one too ...tiny as hell and thin
