Finally found a pepper sauce ( or two!)

I've been digging a good sized neighborhood dump here
in central Mass. Most of the finds date from 1890 to 1915,
but happily this week I was able to find my first two pepper
sauces, the teal green one embossed S & P PAT APP on the
base, and the aqua one with E.R.D. & Co. Patd Feb 17 1874
embossed along the heel. The two meds in the pic are a
Carter Georgetown Mass, and a Rev. N.H. Downs Vegetable
Balsamic Elixir.

funky bottles, loves those...the ERD one is a Durkee brand that is still around today.

thrill to see them pop out of the ground. This
particular dump has been kind to me. It has
given up a surprising number of pairs. That
includes a pair of teapots with the motif of
Rebecca at the well.

The color on those are beautiful. I would scrub them with some bar keepers friend soft scrub I bet they'll clean up beautifully.
