Finally found my first gold

It has been quite a while since I found any gold. This is my first gold for the year and I’m happy to get the ball rolling. I went out with a buddy to try our luck but conditions weren’t all that great. Most of my coins came from a wash/drainage that dumps into the ocean. We hunted the wet sand and we were barely getting any coinage but we kept going anyways. After a few hours we got to a spot that had a few deep targets and we worked that area slowly. This area was about 20’x20’ and that where I got the pendant first followed by the ring. The ring is 14k with real diamonds, it has eleven since it’s missing one. The pendant has a real diamond but don’t know the purity. Can anyone tell me what it might be by the last picture. The top liquid on the left is 10k and bottom 14k. The one on the right is 18k. As for the acid test , looks like a high quality 10k. The 10k is solid , 14k still traces left , 18k gone.

Any day with silver, gold or an oldie it’s a great day. I spent a year in Illinois and that was enough snow/cold to last me a lifetime. I can’t believe you’re still out there swinging. HH

I can’t tell if it’s old one since it doesn’t have the sunken 14k like the ones that are. I’m definitely no expert so you could be right HH
