I get half boxes only from Capital One Bank & they are Brinks boxes. I don't do pennies, nickles, dimes or quarters. After some 275,000 coins + I finally got a 1776-1976 S (Silver) Bicentennial half. I all ready had the bicentennial quarter & (Ike) dollar half. Still need the 1970 D. Hopefully I will find it some day. Here are my results for the final 3 boxes this week:

Box 1 - 2 40s 1/67 & 1/69

Box 2 - 5 40s 1/65 1/66 1/68 1/69 & 1/1776-1976
The box also had 2 rolls with 21 coins. A extra $1 profit.

Box 3 - 1 90- WL43
This box also had 1 roll with 21 coins.

Nice. I have only found 1 my entire CRH career! (2 years and running).

Apush,

I saw both your posts when you got your 1970 & recently your bicentennial silver half. Which one are you referring to? I enjoy reading yours & everyone elses posts.

I've been lucky enough to find 2 Silver Bicentennial Halfs in my short career....about 1 year.

Nice! I'm still waiting on my first post '69 silver ;D

It was great to finally get the 76 bicentennial silver. As you can see from my post, it took a lot of coins to find it. I do a average of 6 boxes of halves a week. The problem is not so much as looking thru them but dumping them afterwards. Still hoping to get that 70 soon.
Good luck to all you folks out there still looking for the post 69 silver.
