Finally got out for my first hunt of 2017! Two silver rings

I think this has been the longest I have gone without hunting in the past 10 years ! Last hunt for me was om November 8th ! It all came down to working 6 days a week up in San Francisco and all the rain we have had here in California . Today I got out between the storms and hunt the school up the street from my house . Not more than 30 minutes in I had a nice +81 at 5 inches , BIG SILVER RING . After that I found some clad , total of $3.50 for two hours . Right before leaving I had a +74 at 3 inches , silver ring number two . Not a bad start for the year . Hope to start getting out more if the rain ever stops .

It's been killing me not being able to get out . Today I'm just sitting inside watching the rain all day! Went up the street half a block from the house and took a picture of the local creek . It's the highest it's been this year.
