Pull tab, pull tab, pull tab, pull tab, pull tab, RING!!!!, pull tab, pull tab, pull tab, pull tab...

Thank you JOHN HANCOCK!!! Just found this 10K gold ring. It says "John Hancock Mutual Life Ins & Co. Fidelity, Old Guard, First Degree". This company is in Boston and must have belonged to a sales person who reached a certain level of sales and received this ring as a reward. :icon_thumleft:
Dig everything!!!!!!

I love that ring!....years ago I found A ring from the Star Ledger newspaper fron N.J.......Awsome ring, good job

In another life I use to sell insurance . That is an incentive achievment ring It is for reaching a level of sales or so many over a certain amount of time. The term "first degree" is a high level achievment . More than likely the highest in the company 2nd degree 2 time winer third ect. The company I worked for had winners of grand diamonds. There were some guys that were fifteen degree Grand diamiond winners. In short that find is one someone was pissed for loosing. Because it was a first for him or her. Or that would be my guess by the words used . "Old guard " you are in a elite circle of sales persons. Top achievr ect Nice find . More than likely there is never a name in them because they are won at the end of a cycle of sales and presented before the next. a mater of days . In short Thats quite the find :coffee2: rob

Thank you for the info rob,
Makes the ring that more special. I live near the John Hancock headquarters, so I may go down to see what they can tell me about the ring.
