was trying to decide between rev war land spot or water spot I got some old gold & silver in Ct. last yr,,,went for thewater - nothing special but got some silver - religious medal is larger than a quarter ..was down about 1 1/2 feet
silver dimes were almost as deep - water was in the 30s - air was in the 40s

Nice, that CZ super tuned can go hella deep. Hopefully you'll be able to clean that medallion up a bit. Awesome finds, thanks for sharing.

I hunt in all metal and usually crank my sensitivity to 9-10 - go for the whispers:thumbsup:
myself and a few others have cleaned most of the junk out of this spot and try and clean the new trash out every year at the end of the season
theres still some large stuff out there I wish I could get out cause I think there could be good stuff under it or next to it - but those items are big and deep
yrs ago I took time to pull out a huge piece of iron from down deep and it paid off with a deep barber half and then an old gold ring that was with it
but some of this junkf is big that's left in there and down 3 feet+

Nice goin' on those silver finds, Casper:headbang:

May run into you sometime on these CT beaches if you head towards the SW end of the State.
