I managed to get out for about 15 total hours during my beach vacation. It started with a bang with gold on day one testing the new 15x12 SEF coil with my etrac in the driveway of the house. Strange but just proves to look where people park and not just on the beach. That was the last of the gold but got two nice 925 items. One was a silver necklace and the other a three stone ring. Here is the final count.
14Kt Gold Ring with 12 Diamonds (1.8 grams, #4 gold ring and #6 Gold total for the year.)
.925 Silver Ring with three stones (3grams, #6 Silver ring and 17th silver jewelry for the year.)
.925 Silver Necklace (9.7 grams and my first silver or gold necklace)
Stainless Steel Spinner RIng
Two junk rings (24th ring of the year)
1 CZ stud
1 junk 7 stone stud
2 junk hoops
sharks tooth necklace
Junk silver cross
3 match box cars.
1 SBA Dollar Coin
41 - Quarters
29 - Dimes
28 - Nickels
71 - Pennies
1- Blackbeards Cove token
1993 1 Kuna Coin from Republika Hvarlska (Where
)
1974 Canadian Quarter
2004 One Cent Euro
FYI the tides were not in my favor and the beaches were not crowded. There were several hunters who were out before I could get to the prime times. The tides were low during peak times so most of any fresh drops were way out there. The water hunters will need to get them. BTW the etrac did great and the 15x12 SEF was whisper quite but heavy as hell. Should have gone with the Coiltek WOT coil.
