So I decided to head home with my friend Christa last night do some coin roll hunting today here in Elkhart, IN, while she had a doctors appointment. Man am I glad I did! I think I got $685 in halves, $80 in dimes, $10 in nickels, and $20 in pennies. I went to about 10 banks or so. One bank only gave me one roll of halves because I wasn't a member and I got two 1968D's from that roll. I got $170 at the first bank and the first coin I pulled out out of all of the rolls was a 1945D Walking Liberty Half, the last roll from that bank produced... umm.... 20 silver halves, including a 1962D Franklin. Here are my finds for the day:
