Yup, you can almost see it too. It's got to be the smallest ring I've ever seen and weighs in at a hefty 0.016 OZ troy of 10k GOLD!!!

I actually can't believe I found it seeing how small it is.

Nice. I have found quite a few of these tiny gold rings in the water or along the beach, my smallest being under a gram. They are tiny but beautiful, and gold is gold.

Apparently it's an "Infant Ring" it measures 7/16th of an inch diameter. It seems like a bad idea to give a ring to an infant I would think.....

Call me crazy, but all,of my boys had gold baby rings. It's just a family tradition. Of course, we didn't let them wear em all over the place because they most certainly would have lost them. But, it's nice to give them a little something from their childhood to remind them of just how small they used to be. Great find!!

Sometimes the smaller ones are better
I got a very thin, unmarked wedding band on my cape cod trip this year, (on our property, not the beach)
though it weighs less than 2g, one of my favorites because of it's probable age and uniqueness ..
