Find replacement companies

Ok guys and gals, I had heard from some other hunters that there are some companies that replace broken products. Zippo was one that I heard. I wanted to ask any of you, here, if you have mailed in dug items and got replacements, or know of companies that do this (Aqua Chigger on Youtube said that Buck replaces knives). Any tips or lists you have so I can make a comprehensive list would be greeeaaatttt!

I have heard of someone finding an old Craftsman shovel that was broken, took into a Sears, and they gave him a new one free of charge.

Yeah, I found a 50ft tape measure, you know, the wind-up kind? It had been underwater for some time and completely rusted solid. Gave me a new one, no problem.
