Hi all, after work I got out this afternoon. I went to the trash pit/heap/etc . Unbeknownst to me, 3 guys had been hitting the place pretty hard.... That explains it.
That and my headphones broke. I debated leaving, but instead used the built in speaker on the etrac -- really hard especially with planes flying overhead.
Anyway, I managed a 1917 wheat and an ugly men's sterling sliver ring. I can't tell if it is a real stone or just glass. I would not be surprised if it was glass it's so ugly. The back of the glass or stone is the same color, but opaque and maybe has a series of lines (like when a road is scraped prior to being repaved). Besides sterling it has a mark (not pictured DIA-MT). I would have rather pulled a merc or rosie, but I'll take it. Tried to look up the mark, but couldn't find any info. Any body know the style/ possible date. I am glad anyway that people don't wear rings like this anymore (no offense if you do...)
