finds from 12/25,12/29

I hope everyone had a great holiday I went to my parents house in NJ and went to an old bottle dump I knew when i was a kid, I found a few cool bottles then I found a non broken porcelin plate turned it over and it was filled with old buttons ny city and bayonne nj fire dept. buttons back marks are "chas. cohen new york" and some military buttons and pins backmark is "scovill mfg co. waterbury" I went to the delaware river for 2 hours yesterday and had some luck for the first time there 12 wheats 4 IH pennies 1889,1893,1904,1906 4 mercs 1924 d,1926 d, 2 1941 , chinese cash coin, 1936 netherlands coin, and a coin or medal that says" prof. andre's alpine choir" on the front and "matrimonial society no tippler need apply" on the back

Scovill's the right backmark indeed! I'll hop over and check the pics. I've found a few at the site of a civil war cavalry training area nearby along with several other hunters. Great stuff as usual and Happy New Year!
