Those are some really nice finds, I really like that blade.

I know you've got to be happy! Good stuff there.

Thanks guys the blade is great ,it was in a clod of dirt that was laying right on TOP of the already plowed ground, just the edge sticking out! Man I need to get my own digital camera just 4 that reason, the other side of that teardrop looks much better though ,I arranged them in a hurry at my brothers house,as u can see it is "fire popped" on the rough side facing up :icon_scratch: Wondering the material on the blade? ,im terrible with lithics. Again any opinions on the 2 types of the points im holding(pic#1) are sought after...thanx agian

:hello: 139 views nd no ID's on the points in pic#1?

Nice looking finds that blade material looks similar to Sonora flint from Ky. I think small Kirk or Amos on the left and Palmer possibly on the first two.

Amos ,huh Ill have to look that one up ,never heard of it before,Yeah I was also thinking palmer or taylor on the white one. To bad the plow gotta hold of that blade, it tipped it pretty good and nicked the edge about 1/3 of the way down it ,but i still REAL HAPPY with it as I rarely find chipped artifacts of this size ;D
