I’m just going to have to wait and start going in September the humidity and ticks which I had one on my skin , are to much. Lots of over growth in woods, spiders on me etc. anyway enough whining for now haha. Toy gun, animal trap and some headstamps. Think I will take a nap and than drink some beer later at my buddy’s pool
Looks like a nice outing. I always enjoy finding old toys. I understand the September comment. I’ve gone from 4 hours per day to 1/2 hour. Enjoy your beer. I have similar plans.🍻

Looks like a promising place. I'm sure there is lots more to be found there. I get the humidity but the ticks will still be there in September

nice work. the ticks actually die down a bit in the middle of the summer for me in Maine. I mean you still get one or 2. but i don't have to pick off 8 or 9. Like in the spring and fall. The heat and humidity have been bad for Maine and i hate it. But its nothing like the other parts of the country have been going through.

Any day in the woods is better than a day at work. With or without the ticks. Although there are plenty of corporate parasites as well. The trap looks a lot like the beaver traps we used to use. Nice hunt

Yeah not to old , near a pond in woods, probably beaver targeted
That trap is a #110 body grip. Too small for beaver, perfect for mink and muskrat. Beaver size has two springs and a 10" opening.
