While digging around in one of my storage bins this Sun. a.m. I came across a half bushel basket that I use to throw detector found items in in the early 1980s. Around 1981 or so I bought a White's 6000 DI Pro. up in Virginia Beach from
a shop up there. For several years I was hooked and hunted every chance I got. School yards, homes, etc. I would throw the finds in a basket at the end of the day. I completely forgot about it till I started reading these post's. Still have the detector and have found other items, but this shows about two years worth of casual hunting finds, mostly on Saturdays.I put all the Silver I found in holders and In a book, but here is a shot of what I just set aside..Thought it would be fun to look at and maybe you might know something about the bullets. Thats not one of my strong points. The new looking penneys are 1980 to 1984 all about unc. I do believe I am going to go out and get a new detector. ASnyy suggestions? Enjoy!!! ;D ;D DG
