didn't know it was in Bolivia what are the carots? did you get pix of them before they were cut?

Yeah, I posted pics of the rough ametrine in an earlier post. Total finished Carat weight is 190ct. for all my stones.

Looks like they did a good job!
I wish I had the time to hunt for gem quality stones.

Would you shar the location where you sent your stones. Acoupleof us are looking for a good over sea's cutter.

Absolutely. I sent mine to Crescent Gems. Their website is:

It usually costs a little over $1/carat for the finished stones. There is also a customs fee of around $90 if I remember correctly.

I definately recommend them. They do great work and you will only have to wait about a month or so for your stones rather than the average six months here in the states. Plus it costs much less.
