Finished the pipeline trenches.............

Dad & I finished the pipeline trenches in the pouring rain. No-one can call me a fair weather detectorist (same for my fishing). As we had moved into another field the finds dried up. Unlike the weather which got heavier, there was more clay on my boots & spade than on the field. They will be drilling under a major road & then more trenches on another farm of ours. However its in abit of a poor area, may give it ago??

Only found:

A complete 13th century Buckle of a type I need.

I nice 17th century Lead token in perfect condition

Poor 17th century Jetton.

I guess I have to pay for the good times, like yesterday!!

Rather nice to get the buckle you needed, and the lead token is nice, not a bad day for being a "mudder"
