Found a section of low tide wet sand that had not been hunted recently. Not a lot of targets but enough to keep me interested. Did find an unmarked ring that tests positive for silver. Later in the day the wife and I went for a walk in the neighborhood. I saw a glitter in a crack between the asphalt and the curb and had to investigate. Turned out to be a crushed ring with CZs all around. It could be silver, it is hard to tell. The acid test didn't turn an odd color and it did seem to shine up some with silver polish but the surface is so rough from being run over by cars it is hard to tell. Plan to go back to the same section of beach today at negative low tide and and try again. No gold yet for me in 2013.... Happy hunting to y'all. Papa
