this is a beard. took many years to grow. tip shave yours a few times then it will grow out better each time.

Have fun with it. You can try a bunch of different styles as you are shaving it off if you are creative and self confident enough to show up to work looking different every day for a week. I’d let it grow out some so you have something to work with. Looks like a goatee or mustache would suit you at this point in the game. Either way, it’s got to get longer.

Takes age and experience (you can shave while your doing that and it will come in fuller).
