Finally got my first box let's see what I get... Is it weird that it's sealed with clear tape?

I did 12 boxes today and only got 1 40%... talk about stressful :/

Not too often I do better than you info-
I got 2 40% outta my 10 boxes-again though both in the first box-

Ok so I think I got my system down... I have 2 banks ordering me brinks boxes every week, one bank ordering me a garda box every week, and a bank to dump unlimited coins for free haha

It wouldn't hurt to find more dump banks. The more you can scatter it out, i.e. the less burden you are to any one bank, the better off you are likely to be in the long run.

Sometimes "a lot" of coins to a bank and a lot of coins to a CRHer is two very different things. For a bank employee that has never been around CRH, $1000+ per week seems unimaginable.

I asked them and they said sometimes they take out 20 bags per day from their machine so I think I will be fine.

Sounds like you have A LOT of competition in your area, sorry to say you are going to need a ton of patience or rethink your strategy and go after a different denomination and/or cwr's

x1 1965
x2 1967
X1 1968
1973 with a weird hole pattern
50 pence piece
And a token for the carousel at my mall lol
