So I'm on break from college and have been antsy to finally hit up some banks with some Christmas cash. Went to 6 banks before finding a whole box. When I asked the tellers in the previous banks, they looked kinda confused, as if nobody has ever made this type of request before. I'm thinking nobody else CRH's in the valley where I live (which is good for me). With the nickels from this box, I filled my new 1962-1995 folder, as well as filling the 1996-2008 holes.

Anyway here are my finds:

1-1941
1-1941 D
1-1946
2-1947
1-1948
1-1948 S
1-1951
1-1952 S
3-1952
1-1952 D
1-1953 D
1-1953
1-1954
1-1956
2-1957
1-1957 D
2-1958 D
1-1959 D
1-1968 S
2-1969 S
3-1970 S

I went berserk when I saw the BIG "S" above the Monticello. As well as finding the seemingly untouched 2005 D American Bison.

Thanks for reading.

That's a mighty fine looking War Nickel! All the ones I find are in pretty crappy condition.

Yea, I was surprised as anyone when I saw that shine. At least I got one silver haha

Wow on that war nickel... for its semi-keyness and its condition! How many steps does that bad boy have!

And nice buff v.2... is it speared? lol

The nicks actually look better in person, I'm still trying to figure out my hi-tech camera.

Damn right you went berserk dude. "BIG S MANNNNNN!!" hahahaha. That is in really good shape, it'll look great in your folder. Here's to plenty more war nicks for the rest of the year.
