Philadelphia.loose there is no reasonable explanation why we wrote the wrong location. Anyhow 1939D is really low mintage

The 39 S is also not an easy find. I enjoy nickels but have not done them lately. They are fun but very time consuming.

Keep searching and my guess is within your next box or two you will find a war nickel. Those are seriously one of the coins I most enjoy finding even though they are only worth about $2.
