Well I had a fantastic day I wish they weren't HB points but I did manage a full drill ,biface scrapers I can't wait to go back !!!

One good way to look at a bunch of rain is that it's washing artifacts out of the ground

You just have to adapt.. Start looking for wash outs... It's also a good time to look at the banks of the river to see where the erosion is happening so you will know what areas to scope out just downstream of when the water recedes.. It's also a good time to pay attention to finding material in the banks of the creeks since the rain has been washing them down.. You can find whole new sites that way

Great items! Looks like some of mine We went out for a few hours today. Found a few scrapers, pretty chert, cool rocks, and some fossils. Was hoping to take the canoe out tomorrow, but looks like rain most of the day.

Nice finds painter. That two toned Turkeytail hebron is a shame. That other point with those wicked barbs is another. Still quite the great outlook to what you will find in that new field!!!........................Good job and great hunt man!!............................Chris(GTP)
