I guess the picture did work. Huh weird.

Silver is always a nice find, congrats and good luck on finding more. HH

Yea i was pretty happy. This was at the 2nd house I've gotten to search since getting a detector. I think i was just wasting my time in parks before that lol. Ive got a few 100+ year old farm houses ive gotten permission to detect now. Just have to find the time and keep my fingers crossed i guess.

that's a good one... oh and btw, viewing pics of what people dig up is half the fun, no matter what it is.
I'm still swingin and diggin for my first silver piece..

All that matters is that you are excited. I find more junk than anything, so I would have been overly excited to find a 90% dime.

If I was into barbed wire, I'd be a lucky man.

333: Sounds like you have some very interesting hunts ahead of you. Bet that's the first of a long line of silver coins you will find.

Thats a cool find, And as far as the 100 +year old homes to look Just remember to go slooowwww and over lap your sweeps, and when you get done going that way . Then go 90Degrees to your first run and go SLLOOOWWWW and remember to overlap your sweeps... Goog luck and HH

Thanks for all the info and coments. Hopefully I will have nore to post this weekend.
