Finally got out. Too cold & snow too deep here in Michigan, so went to my brother's in Georgia. Cold, rain & wind there - even snow. Did get a couple good days. Found these items, along with 1 dime(1987) & the regular pull tabs, nails, bolts, washers & gum wrappers. The button is about 7/8" in dia & has "New York Button Works" on the back. The spoon is plated. The axe head is odd shaped, is it something special? The blade looks like the tip of a scythe. And then, there's a buckle.

Thanks for looking.

Way to go there mister, just goes to show you between the two of us we are bound to find something good. We have to go to the bait shop and check that place, because when we was building it I found a civil war button.

Nice finds. You might want to hit that spoon with some silver polish and see how it cleans up. I'm in the process of doing that right now to one of mine and it's coming out great.

Congrats and HH,
Bman

Very nice finds! The spoon and the button rock!

The axe head is odd shaped, is it something special?

I believe it is a hollowing axe - used to shape large holes in wood (i.e. bowls, trays, beam mortises, etc.). That could be fairly old, 200 yrs + (if forged, less old if cast - can't tell from images)
