First Gold!!! And some silver!

Well my at pro showed up earlier this week I havnt been able to hunt much but my girlfriend and I were able to get out tonight. It was nice she had the ace 350 and me with the at pro. We stopped at a spot we have hit a few times we hadn't been there 10 minutes and she comes over and drops her first silver in my hand! A 1946 Rosie!



Not 2 minutes later I got a signal that sounded pretty clean (still learning the at pro) popped a plug and wow! A shiny yellow glint appeared! Please be gold please be gold I was thinking, pushed the dirt out of the center and bam! 14K Artcarved. Woohoo gold!!!! What an awesome feeling!



I also scored a sterling earring! And 1 wheat being a 1944. What an awesome hunt I am absolutely loving this machine and can't see what else I can pull out of the ground!

I used the 350 for pretty much all of this year, and I have no complaints I dug multiple silvers with it. It was a great machine for me.

It was kind of jumping from 55-63ish but it sounded really clean (still learning the at pro but that's how I would describe the sound) thanks!

I am not sure what everyone on here is more jealous of, the gold and silver finds, or that your partner likes to do crime with you. She absolutely loves the hobby especially finding anything older! I was kind of not scared but on edge to tell her I metal detect in the beginning of our relationship. Just because I didn't know how she would react lol she thought it was awesome after I showed her some of the stuff I had found. Then on one of our first hunts together we dug a classic head large cent and she was hooked!! I'm a pretty lucky guy!
