I got out for an hour or so yesterday morning and finally hit some 10K gold! Pocket change and gold, a good way to end March!

way to go, I'm still looking for that first gold.

Thanks, cgull! Yours will come! I attempted to get out to look for more this evening, but the MXT seems to be on the fritz?!?! Not enough daylight to get back home and grab the backup. Maybe tomorrow!

Sweet gold ring! Still gotta find a major one like that with my Safari. So far just rings with gold parts or plate. Will keep trying. HH CARM

P.S. I see a stick pin there. What is it? Can you post closeup on it?

CandRMan - it is a "hello kitty" pin. I've already dropped it into my "stuff" container, so would take a bit to find it. It is just a "junk" kid's bling pin. Wish all the stones on it were diamonds, but they aren't. :dontknow:

nice gold. almost looks like a really old class ring

Congrats on the GOLD!

Congratulation. HH, Hamid

It came up in the foil range, but I don't remember what number it indicated. All I know is that the sound was different than the "normal" foil hit!
