FIRST "GOLD" OF THE YEAR
Bet you all thought I was gonna play an April Fools joke on everyone didn't you ?
NOT !!!
Spent all afternoon hitting 3 parks in the downtown area...it was gorgeous outside except for the heat !! 80's today
Nice to get out though !!! First two parks rendered a few pennies and a couple clad dimes...nothing to brag about at all !!! Last park gets pounded every day of the week but it's been months since I've been there. When I arrived, the huge playground was empty !! Yeah !! kids are still in school and had it all to myself !!!...Covered every inch finding almost $4.00 in clad...On the way out to the car walked through the middle of the playground hit a Foil reading around 22 VDI, scraped away the wood chips and BAM !!! 14K GOLD !!! First of the year !! hope there's more to come.
