Took advantage of the warm winter here and got out hunting to a couple of locations. First spot I dug up over 9 dollars and a couple of wheats, a 1919...probably in one of my top three oldest whaets and a 52'. This afternoon went out again and got a surprise when I dug up a +55 on the meter mid way through the hunt. It was nice size men's band. Never thought it would be in that range. It is marked 14k and weighs 9.5 gr. Its my 10th ring on the year and the first one that wasn't a junker. Still waiting for that first silver ring this year.
