Search yesterday towards pirates beach 35 cents. Go this evening and find first gold ring only 10k but it's a honker, other ring and earing 925. Woo hoo. Found lots of tabs they go in the trash.

First of all congratulations on your first gold!! I can't speak for others here but I will tell you, that first gold ring changed my life. When I realized that I could actually dig that precious beautiful metal out of the dirt, my mind began to swim....where to go next. It is a healthy addiction like no other. Now almost 2 years later with close to 50 gold finds and probably twice that of silver, the desire, excitement and drive has only gotten more extreme. Oh man.....nothing like it. Welcome to the Au club!
