It was in the lower 50s today, last time i saw 50 degrees was 5 months ago, still many traces of snow and the ground was frozen solid past 2inches deep. My hunt was only 2 hours long, but those 2 hours really felt great after sitting in the house all winter. I had a very small window of nice weather so i took advantage of it. this little ring isnt much, but its a start. it was 4inches down at one of my local spots. first hunt-first silver ... i have a feeling its going to be a good season
