Dug my first law enforcement badge. Deputy Constable A.J. Norton Las Vegas Nevada. Looks to be TWS next to Las Vegas. Maybe stands for Township? 1930’s era.
Has the pin on reverse. Very happy [emoji4]
Very nice find. It would be a nice gesture if you could research the family and return it to a close surviving family member. I know they would appreciate it.
Outstanding find! The white ring around the state seal was popular during the 1930'-1950's. West coast badge manufacturers LA Stamp & Staty, Entenmann, and Geo. Shenck used the white ring extensively. Can't really tell, but if the clasp is what is referred to as a "horseshoe" style of safety catch, then it also dates from those decades. A rare and wonderful piece. Sub
