First Pocket Knife

Found my first pocket knife on my own home stead. house was built some were around 1890s so hoping to find some good stuff so far this is the best find to date. not sure what the green thing is though.

Congrats on the knife. That green thing looks like an early cartridge for a faucet. Just a guess
