Hey all, just found out about this whole CRH thing, figured I'd give it a try. Had always had an interest in coins, kept wheat pennies as a kid, grand parents would give me those lil plastic sets of coins, did the state quarter thing, but recently got out of it a little. Would keep a wheat penny or bicentennial quarter if I found it with change or something, friend had even gotten an old indian head penny in his change, gave it to me since he knew I'd appreciate it. Was going through my spare change the other day, and had a LOT of pennies, so started sorting them by date, mint mark. By the time I finished I realized I had quite a few, and with time on my hand, figured look into collecting again. Found out about coin roll hunting, so when I deposited all my change, I got 8 rolls of pennies for the hell of it.
I had little expectations, was hoping for a single wheat penny out of all of those. In those 8 rolls, I found a few of the 2009 variations which I had vaguely recalled, 3 canadian pennies which I was somewhat surprised to find, and also the one wheat penny I was hoping for, which happened to be a 1941. I also found this beauty:

Needless to say, I am hooked. Consolidated my existing coin collection with the ones I had sorted and my break finds, and cannot wait to exchange some more coins for more rolls. Not naive enough to expect a find like this every time, but one hell of a way to start I figure.
