Okay, I finally heard the clanging of a ring in my scoop...sounds completely different than coins or trash. It was a nice sound. I know its not gold or silver. I do not think it is steel because it is not attracted to magnets. The inside has markings on it that looks like "USA." That may not be what it says but it certainly looks like it. Anybody got an idea about what type of metal it might be?
