It's not much of a coin but I'm happy to be out digging. Winter was brutal but it's finally getting nice out here. 1964 Canadian dime and a old lead FISH salt water fishing weight. Only had Lunch hour to go out but these were the best of the finds. I probably would have had 10 silver by this time last year. Thanks for looking! [emoji2]

I like the real old Canadian silvers a lot. I'd take a 60's us silver at least in a heart beat. Still never found a us silver. Got a us large cent, indian head penny's and shield nickels but no silver.

The one good thing with just small random spots open you hit every inch of them hard.

Having coffee and giving a little show and tell on Monday, and I think we're going to give it a go and scout around for anywhere to dig. And yes, maybe it could work out pushing us to somewhere we might have not otherwise paid much attention to... weird things can happen!

Fields/yards along or very close to the coastline are clearing up first and softer digging soil. In my area at least.
Good luck! [emoji2]

I think it's probably still a little scary looking here, but maybe there is a few patches to hunt.
