First skeleton key, and an IHP

I recovered this skeleton key and IHP in a wooded area that's yielded 9 IHP's, an LC, a 2-center and some old wheats. No markings-- any idea on age or function (wardrobe, door, etc)?

Thanks-- for the coin, I used wooden toothpicks and heated peroxide for cleaning. I'm surprised there hasn't been any silver coins turning up at this site yet (given the number of 100+ year old copper coins), but hopefully it's just a matter of time. I've switched back to the stock coil there, which helps.

Congrats on the key and IHP. I have never had that much luck cleaning coins with boiling peroxide and a toothpick. I am just happy to get the dirt out of the crevices using hot soapy water and toothpicks
