first sliver! and other odd finds

found my first sliver!! its a 1925 merc. i found a few wheaties and a cool bullet and a few whatisits.

i dont know what the badge thing is. I put it in the what is it fourm to see if anyone could ID it. BTW i am usind my new ace 250 to find this stuff and LOVE it! best MD i have ever had.

The "FORD" thingy looks like the end of an old Model T grease cap. I found a couple like that and some whole ones as well. Congrats on your finds!, Mike.

Nice job on the merc. I agree with the ford grease cap. Got a couple myself. Was bell shaped and threaded to screw on over the hub.
