I did dig an injun in late summer, but it was a signal that 'toasted' from t-net left in the ground for me (respect). Happened to be an 1876 much to his chagrin. This one was found without his assistance so I'll claim it as my first. Prolly one of the most corroded and messed up ihp's I have seen on here but I don't care. Just stoked to have dug it.

Also was sweet because toasted had just worked the area j/k :laughing7:

Congrats on your first legit Indian Head cent. At least you know the next one you find HAS to be in better shape than this one haha

Now that you got the first out of the way hopefully the flood gates will open and you dig a lot more.

Every one remembers their first even when gotten with help......:laughing7: Congrats!

Congrats on the save, :occasion14: I'll take an IHP in any shape any day. You owe Toasted..

Congrats on digging the worst looking IHP known. I'd love it if it was my first too. I'm just glad you didn't dig my Flying Eagle cent. You'd have to hunt this site without my knowledge in the future. LOL

Hey, it's an IH, congrats!
My first & only LC is stateless.

Nice Indian man! I'm still looking for my first

Looks like it could be a fatty to me, 1859-1864. Contrats on you first Indian. Get in the right spots and that AT Pro should pull plenty of them. Can't find them if they're not there. Pulled about 80 so far this year, most from one spot.

May many more follow.
