Silver is always good! I would keep that one, too! Congrats of the first!

Congrats on oldest quarter. Nice Save!!

A date would be nice but this one?s got more history. [emoji1303]

It is slick. Weird how the scratching is mostly in one direction on both sides.

Very nice, looks like a '29 to me. Recessed date.:occasion14:

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

thanks dig, you must be referring to the "other" scratches besides my shovel marks on the back :)

Ouch. We?ve all done that. I did it to three silver coins in one hunt last year because I was being lazy. Knew I had hit one. Didn?t realize I?d tagged the other two until cleaning.

No, I meant the scratching that goes from bottom left to top right.

Congrats on your first Standing Liberty Quarter. Slick or not, it's a nice coin to dig, and now it's yours.

ANY standing Lib is a great find

congratulations on that nice silver

Even well worn, those are great coins. I'd be happy with that coin for sure. Congrats!

Barber is next, bro!

Congrats on your SLQ find. :notworthy:
A smooth silver, still counts as good silver!

Dave

Congratulations on your first SLQ. Put that bad boy in a coin folder and mark it in red ink ; FIRST

Here all along I was lead to believe it was a lady-who knew....:laughing7:

Congrats on your first SLQ :occasion14:

Nice! I love that design. Too bad the date almost always wears off.

Nice silver find. I love those standing liberty quarters. I think they must be hard to find those standing libertys as I?ve only found 1 myself. Keep up the good digging and can?t wait to see the finds from your next trip!
