Well over the weekend I went hunting for fossils to a small creek in eastern NC that somone told me about and I hit it big. I found about a 4" Megalodon tooth and lots more sharks teeth and what looks like three claws, can anyone tell me what they are and what they arm from? Also do I need to polish the teeth? They are a little dirty. If so whats the best way?

Nice Meg tooth! I think the "claws" actually might be dinosaur teeth, but I'm not positive. Also, I don't know if you should polish them, but I'd say no.

The largest "claw" has a hole in the top part of it, if that would help anyone Identify what it is.

Here's a Spinosaurus tooth I found for sale online...Looks very similar to your "claws".

That's a 'good day's work', usually a bath in warm soapy water, with a stiff brush will work on cleaning them.

Fossis.............

Thanks guys, those dino teeth, can anyone positivley ID them? You have got me wondering now, That would me awesome.
