First time I've struck gold


I found this ring while dumping this morning. The hallmark inside is 22C. I wieghed it on a postal scale and it came up as 0.4oz.

I had a teller return a steel ring to me from the machine saying it was in my coins. Sure as heck wasn't. To bad it wasn't silver or gold. Was it found outside? Either way, great find!

It was found inside on the part that spins to separate the coins. She pulled it out and handed to me and then told me that one of the rings she was wearing was also found in the machine a while back.

It's more than a third. A third is .3333333333333333333.

I looked it up on a gold calculator website, and according to that at 22K it is .3343 ounces.
