First time out with the Tiger Shark

Just recieved the Tiger yesterday. Couldn't wait to get it out in the water. Moture Nature cooperated, sunny, 75 degrees. Unheard of for this time in Michigan. The wife and I headed to Lighthouse Beach in Port Huron. While she worked the sand I headed out into the water. We spend about three hours there without to many good finds, I think the beach has been well hunted since swimming season ended last fall. Lots of nails?? Pieces of wire, paper clip, and of course a few pull tabs. Found very little clad, 1 quarter, 1 dime, 1 nickel and three pennines. Still beats staying inside. Hopefully as I learn this tiger shark things will get better.

Good luck w/ the new purchase and you are absolutely right about the weather in MI at this time, even got out myself. When the beaches are filled, the gold will come.
