Headed south for the winter yesterday, got everything situated this morning and had a couple of hours to hit a park. It was a nice park that seems to have been hit for coins. Not many dimes or quarters, but a high ratio of nickels and lots of pull tabs and foil. Just the way I like it, somebody cleared out all that pesky clad!
There was some sort of festival going on and there were people covering most of the park, so I had to look in a small area that was kinda off to the side of all the action. Can't wait to go hit it this week!
The little gold plated band was a real fake-out. It came from 5 inches down looking very shiny. The other ring is a real cheap junker.
The pendant is silver so I didn't leave empty handed.
The best part was hunting in a short sleeve tee shirt, it was snowing in Northern Nevada when we left. 😎
